The priced Sanctuary suite does not inherit the Panoramic suite's kitchen. Bahia Mita's published connected category does not guarantee booked linkage or bedding allocation. Its Nayarit address cannot become a Puerto Vallarta city base merely because an airport or booking list uses that name.
Public plans, taxes and cancellation questions
One five-night total divided by five gives the approximate configuration-night equivalent. These are dated observations, not live inventory, representative hotel bands or a cheapest-resort recommendation. The two unpriced categories remain prioritized budget gaps. Compare the same room and every child's age before paying; a per-person maximum-occupancy starting price is not this family's cost.
Sanctuary: what does All Inclusive add?
USD 1499.00 more for the sampled five-night stay than Room Only, equivalent to USD 299.80 per configuration/night. This is the difference between the two five-night totals in the Sanctuary rate table for the same suite and family, not a per-person food budget, savings estimate or final cost.

These controls exclude only inspected categories, not every room at Hilton or Dreams. Velas Vallarta's larger mixed-adult/minor branches also do not establish this three-child task: an accepted guest count is not exact-age category acceptance. No unnamed connecting bundle, adult-only adjoining capacity or larger-suite price is invented.
Location, rest and club ages are separate decisions
No-car does not mean no transfer cost. Garza's Puerto Vallarta address and Bahia Mita's Nayarit address distinguish bases but do not measure airport, restaurant, pool or town-to-room journeys. Confirm the actual entrance, internal transport, queues, re-entry and usable rest window for your room and children. We have not tested stroller practicality or guaranteed a nap return.
Bahia Mita's October 3 official Explorer's Club band is ages 3-12, so all three example ages are within that published band only. Registration, readiness, available places, care costs and actual admission remain unknown. Do not inherit Vallarta Bay's separate potty-training wording, or use a program age as the booking child cutoff. The teen program's exact band was not established in the maintained Bahia record.
All inclusive is a rate-plan label, not proof that every outlet, child meal, program, transfer or optional charge is included. Room Only and All Inclusive are distinct Sanctuary samples; neither resolves the full five-night family budget. Ask for exact children, actual bedding, taxes, mandatory charges and incidentals in the same written offer.
Limited review signals, not our hotel review
Two selected Garza Expedia review bodies, inspected October 9, were published July 29, 2026 for five- and six-night July stays. They prompt meal, club and membership-sales questions. Exact category and child ages were absent; these are not Sanctuary or Panoramic experience verification. The platform's verified-review label is not Family Tripwise verification.
Two selected Bahia Mita January 2026 family reports described positive space, water-play and meal/club experiences. One concerns a Preferred Junior Suite with children aged 4 and 8, not this five-person Family Suite Tropical View. Later April reports in the returned body raise contrasting activity, pool-seat, noise and room-service questions; none is adopted as an established defect, price, safety verdict or representative outcome. Some reviews were collected in partnership with Hyatt. Small selected samples and differing rooms cannot establish suitability.
We have not stayed at either property. No aggregate score, verified safety, guaranteed care or personally tested route is implied. Confirm current service and conditions directly; source and stay dates are different clocks.
